  • What is the difference between the Beachfront Hotel and the Oceanside Hotel?

    The Beachfront Hotel is closer to the Casino entrance and the Oceanview is closer to the waterpark. The Oceanview offers more varieties of suite options. Waterpark passes are inclusive in both hotel room rates. You’ll never be charged a resort fee for either hotel. Check out the property map here.

  • Are there refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms?

    All of the Oceanview Tower rooms do have mini-refrigerators. The Beachfront Tower does not. Currently, we don’t have microwaves in the rooms.

  • Do all room types include waterpark access?

    Yes. Waterpark passes are inclusive with all room types in both the Beachfront and Oceanview Hotels. You’ll never be charged a resort fee for either hotel.

  • What time is check-in?

    Check-in time begins at 4 p.m. or as rooms become available. In the event that your room is not ready, we recommend that you pack a smaller bag with bathing suits and swim gear and leave the rest of your luggage locked in your car. Stop by the front desk to let us know you’re here and pick up your water park wristbands. There are lockers, showers, and changing areas available for your use in the water park. We require guests checking in to be at least 21 years of age. A valid, Government Issued Photo ID is required upon check-in along with a credit card for incidental charges. Your card will be authorized for a daily amount on your reservation if you would like to allow charging on your reservation.

  • What is required at Check-In?

    You must provide a valid photo ID and major credit card/debit card. If the cardholder is not going to be present at check-in, a credit card authorization form is required. Player’s card is required if receiving an earned discount. Players Club cardholder must be the one to sign for the room.

  • What time is Check Out?

    Check-out time is 11 a.m. As our guest, please feel free to enjoy the water park facilities until closing. We recommend packing a smaller bag with bathing suits and a change of clothes and leave the rest of your luggage locked in your car.

  • Can I use the waterpark before my 4pm check-in?

    Of course you can! In fact, we make it really easy. The Waterpark has numerous lockers and changing rooms so you can start enjoying the Waterpark before your room is available.

  • Are there any discounted room rates?

    Yes, we offer 20% off to Military personnel. You must show a valid and current ID at check in to receive the discount.

  • Do you accept prepaid cards or Debit cards?

    Prepaid cards are accepted for payment of the room charges but cannot be used for the deposit. Debit cards can be used for both deposits and charges, but the deposit will process through as a charge instead of a hold like credit cards. The deposit is processed to return to the card the day of check out but can take 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS or longer to process. This is based on the business rules of your bank. 7Clans Hotel Resort is not responsible for overdrafts or fees associated with your debit card.

  • Do you have room service?

    We currently do not offer room service for meals, however we have recommended meal delivery options to your room from close by businesses.

  • Can you bring outside food and drink into the waterpark?

    No. However, there are several dining and snack options available in immediate proximity to serve your needs. See the amenities here.

  • Are you taking reservations for birthday parties or events of that sort at the waterpark?

    At this time, we will not be offering bookings for private parties.

  • Is there a hot tub/spa?

    No, there is no hot tub or spa at this time.

  • Is there an outdoor pool?

    No, there is not an outdoor pool at this time.

  • Is there child care available?

    Not at this time. All minors (under 14) must always be accompanied by an adult in the waterpark.

  • What are the hours of operation?

  • Are there weather restrictions for the waterpark?

    While the water park is located inside, there are still concerns when inclement weather approaches. We are required to evacuate the pool and waterpark area when lightning is within 5 miles of the hotel. The pool and waterpark area will remain clear until 30 minutes have passed after the last lightning strike. Refunds or discounts are not issued for inclement weather-related occurrences. We apologize for any inconvenience

  • Are Pets allowed? are service animals allowed

    For the health and comfort of our guests, we do not allow pets into the hotel. However, service animals as defined by the ADA are permitted however they are not allowed in the waterpark area. Should the service animal snip or bite another guest or disrupt other guests, the owner will be asked to remove the service animal from the property.

  • What is required attire?

    Attire is casual. We do ask that patrons wear shoes at all times when not inside the water park. If going to the casino, shoes and clothing are required for all parties.

  • are kids allowed into the casino?

    Families may walk through the casino to the Flatwater Bar and Grill for dining. We do ask that you do not stop along the way but go straight to your destination and back.

  • Are lockers available in the waterpark?

    There are small lockers available inside the water park for a fee.

  • are life jackets provided?

    Life jackets are not provided. All flotation devices must be Coast Guard certified for use inside the water park, inflatable toys or floaties are not allowed. We do strongly recommend that children under 48 inches and weak or non-swimmers wear a lifejacket while in the water park.

  • Are towels provided?

    You are able to bring your own beach towels if you choose. We do provide towels for rent out of our Gift Shop. All towels rented are to be returned before leaving the Water Park/Gift Shop area. A fee will be charged to the room for any unreturned towels.

  • is my child safe in the waterpark?

    All of our lifeguards are certified by the American Red Cross have extensive training in monitoring pools and operating rides. You may observe some of their regular drills performed during operation, which provides real-life practice. In addition, we would like to remind parents that although we have highly trained lifeguards, they are not a substitute for responsible parental supervision. Lifeguards are provided to monitor and respond to emergencies, but not to babysit children. Always keep your child within arm’s reach and if your child is in the water, you should be too.
